Pre-Construction
This phase includes locating a property suitable for development or redevelopment that fits within our vision and market conditions. We review the potential project with our design team and consultants for feasibility and profitability. If it passes our selection criteria we purchase the property.
Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Acting as a developer and in most instances a general contractor, we bring a lot more value to our investors and ad to overall profitability of the project.
Post-Construction Management
Once the asset is completed we oversee the lease up of the project or its sale.
Our investors receive quarterly distributions while we handle day to day operations.
